Dr. Beam and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. I was seen promptly, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. My issue was addressed professionally and I feel like a good plan was put in place to address a way forward. Dr. Beam was communicative and let me know what to expect moving ahead and ensured me she would follow up in a certain amount of time to assess our plan and make any necessary changes. The staff that get you ready for the appointment is cold and uncaring. Haley talks to you a bit like you're a child and don't know your own body. She interrupted me while I was trying to talk and made me feel guilty for asking for a note about my inability to lift and move furniture at work. I will not be following up with this provider.
The staff was amazing! My office went quickly.Didnt have to sit and wait. Dr Haley Beam was very thorough and very nice.
