We recently engaged Hales Plumbing to assist with a shower leak issue and a toilet. Found Shawn to be very professional on both of his visits. Explained things to us really clearly (which helped as we don't know much about plumbing!). Gave us good advice on both issues and path forward, as well as fixing our toilet. We also found Bree to be a very good first point of contact as well. Communication throughout was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Rockhampton area and we will be using them again.
