Bree and the team installed new gutters at our property in Mount Morgan. There were a few issues during the project, which can happen, especially as it is a rental property and we were not living there at the time. The most important thing is that Bree addressed all the issues and followed through, including fixing after service items without any hassle. That level of responsibility and communication really stood out. Overall, I appreciate the way everything was handled and happy with the final outcome.
So incredibly grateful to Shawn for dropping everything and attending my property within 20 mins of a water pipe bursting in my ceiling! Had previously used Hales Plumbing for some general roofing/guttering maintenance and was happy with the work. But they really came through for me in this emergency situation!
