They're able to come out the same day I called. Great service and extremely friendly. They're able to get my unit running efficiently!
I really appreciate this company and the employee that they sent. He took his time to get heat on in my house I was freezing. He was professional. He was thorough and he fix the problem. There is still more things to be done. At least I will not freeze this weekend. I have been cold for awhile, so I thank you Hales Heating and cooling for the professionalism that your employee showed he was excellent.
Brandon was amazing. He helped us get back our heat! He was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering all of my questions and making sure that I understood everything before he left.
