Fantastic experience! Early! Fast repairs.Honest. Our chimney hadn’t been serviced for over 10 years. Not only did Hales fix several issues, very quickly...but they also counseled me about a compliance issue, regarding my previous flooring company. Hale’s respectfully taught me my hardwood should not butt up against the fireplace, it should have a tile surround. Martin and Johnny are very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning the chimney. It has been a while since I had it cleaned and they explained what they did and what else needed to be done in a very professional manner. Don't pass up the chance to have them perform any chimney service.

Martin and Johnny came out today to replace a panel in my fireplace, they also did a sweep and a dryer vent cleaning. They were amazing!! Martin explained everything they were doing and finished up, it looked better than new. Great job guys. My husband and I couldn't be happier.

My wife and I live in a 105 year old historic landmark. Our home was damaged by a tornado and we needed someone to demo what was left of our chimney then rebuild it.
