Office has good follow-up, busy but Dr halapoto never seems rushed. Answers all my questions.
I was here 2 weeks ago and they wanted me to fill out more paperwork, they got a tone with me when I asked about this. The wait time was pretty short. They have a great phlebotomist - quick and efficient! I came in to check abnormal bloodwork, had to come back a week later for additional testing and had a follow-up a week after that. I saw the PA for my follow up. I was greeted with “I don’t even know how to begin to pronounce your name”… just ask how to pronounce my name.
