Recently purchased a second hand Halen Vans in Qld. Contacted manufacturer and owner Jason to assist with product knowledge. Jason is amazing. His knowledge, patience and ability to problem solve and offer quality advice is top notch. Would not hesitate to buy or get work done to your van including upgrading your battery and solar set up. He knows his stuff and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great service Jason.
I visited Jason of Helen Vans for him to look at my Goldstream caravan door that wasn’t separating from the fly screen door. It was malfunctioning due to an internal rail that had been installed. Jason removed the rail, and all is working fine now. Jason would not accept payment for this job, despite having booked me in promptly to look at the door. A seriously good and generous man. Thanks again Jason! Returned my call promptly, and booked me in for the following day. Highly recommended
We bought our Calder series off road van 3 years ago as a second hand constructed in 2014. We have done 3 very rugged outback trips since then and travelled well over 30000klm. The van has never faulted. Neither has the team at halen, when we have been in contact because we are not sure about something, they patiently walk us through whatever it is. We do book it in for service before we head out each time. If you want a genuine off road van it would be hard to find better.
Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff. A family business with second to none build quality and finishes. Great service, both before and after sales. Customer service is excellent.
Such a lovely and friendly team here. They do their best to help even if it requires some creativity. Highly recommend for all your van needs.
