Update: We have been in our new condo for 5 months now. We noticed some minor things that needed attention. Most people would have not seen many of the minor items that I noted but being a Quality Manager for many years, I have a real attention to detail and am a bit of a perfectionist. As a combat veteran I trusted this builder to build me a custom home to accommodate me for my disabilities from serving in the Gulf war and also in Iraqi Freedom. I served honorably from 1987 to 2005. We have had homes built before and this build has been so much more organized, clean and the quality is so much better than what we had experienced with other builders in the past.
