They literally closed this YMCA for an entire week... am I gonna get refunded for the 1 of 4 weeks im not allowed to use this facility? Not to mention some of the staff are extremely rude, the hours here are the worst hours of any YMCA ive ever been to. 9am to 2pm on Saturday AND sunday... how does that make sense? Thats when kids are actually able to go when they have school. Not impressed
I had a horrible experience with the daycare. It's not the first time. I wrote a very long description, but it wont post. Please message me for more details. Your staff, ( not all), more the ones that worked this past Summer, desperately need childcare training. I have my Master's in Education and have worked with Children in Public Schools and Accredited daycares for the past 20 years. Very disappointing.
Great place. Many classes. Friendly. Clean.
