I had my first appointment with Dr. Sheva, and I can honestly say that she is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to! She is EXACTLY what I was looking for. She is truly a holistic dentist and I can see now how my previous dentist, who is also a holistic dentist, can't even compare to Dr. Sheva. There are no chemicals in sight! All-natural products for your cleaning are made on site, like the polish and the oil you swish in your mouth. I had an amazing 🤩 experience with Dr. Avni Patel, Amal & Sheva for my Oral exam followed by treatment. Dr. Patel has good communication skills, both with patients & staff. She made me feel super comfortable by providing step by step guidance on my oral health exam. She has amazing 🤩 Dental hands for pain free treatment. The owner Sheva is extremely unprofessional. She yelled at me when I had a few questions before starting an initial appointment. Sheva cleans the teeth in a rough and disorganized way, not sequentially. The salt literally burns your gums while polishing and makes your tissues swollen. Her products for sale are also not shelf stable, and burn the inside of your mouth and she takes no responsibility and will not give you a replacement even though they are faulty. I am afraid of Dental treatments. I had the best experience with Hale Wellness- Sheva & Team for my Teeth Hygiene appointment. Front desk person was professional & friendly. Appointment booking system works with couple of reminders. Sheva made me feel comfortable. She has amazing chair-side manners, asked me relevant questions about my fear & anxiety about dental treatments. Music & environment is relaxing ☺️.
