I love boating on my 254 Chaparral Sunesta however when it comes to maintenance- I call Hale’s. Their customer service was above and beyond from Jeff and Eddie checking me in and explaining the work from the annual service and impeller to Sam taking care of my fiberglass repairs this crew is amazing as everyone communicates the customer needs from walking in the door and seeing Jeff to talking about the parts needed direct with Dale the person who needs to make sure the parts are there to finishing up with my final repairs. ... read more

I took my new bass boat to Hales Marine recently because Lake Pleasant can't keep enough water in the lake and they can't mark hazards so unfortunately I hit the bottom with my brand new motor which has caused me incredible grief and cost me thousands and it's still not fixed after taking it multiple places.
