I attended this clinic as a new patient for a simple prescription renewal for a condition I have already been treated for overseas. During the consultation, I was not informed that additional pathology tests would involve a separate laboratory fee of approximately $150. I was also not clearly advised that I would need to book and pay for another full consultation to receive the results.
