From the lovely receptionists to the brilliant dentists the service here is amazing. For many years I stayed away from dentists due to treatment as a child but 8 years ago had to go and see one. My mum had an awful time at the dentist and felt really anxious throughout the appointment. But I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the lovely girl—possibly a trainee—who stayed by her side the whole time. She held my mum’s hand, kept talking to her, and helped her stay calm. Was referred to Hale road by my own dentist for my wisdom tooth , I’m so nervous at the dentist and the staff in this practice was absolutely amazing I had my wisdom tooth extracted and they made sure I couldn’t feel a thing and it was out in seconds the dentist and her assistant was amazing xx
