We picked up our Lunar Quasar Caravan on Sunday from Terry at Hale Road Caravans, and we can honestly say that in the past 34 years of caravanning and numerous caravans we had the best experience ever. From the 1st day of contact to pick up, Terry was brilliant his attention to detail was second to none.We would have no hesitation in recommending buying from Hale Road Caravans. Terry was an absolute dream to buy from. What a lovely guy. No hard sell, spent lots of time with us as first time buyers with zero knowledge. We saw a van we liked but still looked around and couldn't find anything even remotely better value for money. Back to Terry to purchase and again he spent more time with us, answering all our questions etc. We honestly felt like nothing was too much trouble for him.
