No surprises on the negative reviews Left a $900 deposit for a 6 month lease. Rachel Hale waited until the day of move in to ask for $1800 more. The money wasn't the issue. It was the lack of transparency. I walked away from the $900 and asked GOD to forgive my debts as I have forgiven my debtors. We all shall reap what we sow. Word of mouth around town is that Hale receives massive government grants and never fixes anything or helps anybody. You mess with a 91 year old and you mess with GOD'S property.
