Always very friendly to me. I appreciate them.
The people were so nice and when my grandson visited he had a great time.The waiting time was a little bit long. Just over 13 minutes. But the service help you so fast. The doctors and front desk is helpful and gets straight to the point.
Horrible horrible horrible. If you love your loved ones don’t take them here. Dr Au refuses to call his patients back. We wait at the office to actually speak to him and we wait 3 hrs just to not speak to the dr. They do not genuinely care about their patients.

Waited 50 minutes for the lab. Then I realized that the other 7 people in the waiting room (#11-#17, I had #14) are also waiting for the lab. Not a single lab# called during the 50 minutes that I have been here. The person at the front desk cannot help -- Just asked me to ring the bell again and wait.
