Thank goodness they are permanently closed as Kendall Phinney and Joel Canfield, working to solicit deals for Kendall, are the most dishonest, unethical dregs preying on folks. Kendall has multiple judgements including 7-figure judgements. Kendall took 1.8M from our project and there was a pad of dirt that did not match the survey. We have on tape Kendall claiming he can generate sub contracts and return the monies but nothing for nearly 2 years.
