Furnace quit in the middle of the night called Hale Mechanical first thing in the morning. Talked to Greg the owner got me set up very quickly. Stacy the tech right on time found the problem and made a temporary fix while he went and got the new part.I couldn't be happier with the service. Both Greg and Stacy great people would definitely use this company again.

We have used Hale Mechanical a total of 4 times recently in my family. 2 at my house and 2 at my daughters. (Twice just this week) Nothing but positive to say. Clear information as they diagnose. We've had no surprises. Very very fast service. Same day I believe all 4 times. The first time, they were the 2nd opinion after the first guys tried to sell us a whole new central air unit. Professional friendly service. Has always answered and called back. I had issues with my furnace, and was fixed the same day. I've Had issues with the hot water heater and it also was fixed the same day. Just the best at what they do.
I cannot say enough great words about Hale. When I call he calls back immediately and is there for anything I need right away! I appreciate his hard work and dedication him and his team have! Highly recommend!
