I'm so impressed with this company. We had no A/C in 90 degree weather, and our house was a sauna. Sam came out a few hours after our call and was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had been told previously by another company that our unit was dead and needed to be replaced, so when we called Hale we thought it was for a quote on a new unit.
