I was in Maui training for the paddle board championships Molokai to Oahu. I was very sore and out of alignment and had problems with range of motion. I went to see Johanna and she spent about an hour and half working on me and it was incredible to watch and feel how in touch she was in finding and correcting the problems I was having.
