2 o'clock appointment, didn't get in till 2:30 & nobody in lobby but me. The lady that came & got the kids said to my 5yr ."Bet you will get your teeth cleaned". Wouldn't allow me to go back while kids where getting x-rays. First time & last time. Unprofessional & rude.
I highly recommend this DDS. The staff treats me well at every appointment, and I always feel at ease in this office. Dr. Kim helped me to develop a specialized treatment plan to fix an issue that was caused by another dentist's mistake. And I love the colorful decor.
