I had a good experience at Hale Family Practice. My provider, Mark Joel Culanag, was very good, asked me about my concerns, and was very patient! The staff are nice as well; they were also patient with me when they assessed me. They also do virtual appointments which is really helpful!
Went here more then a week ago and was suppose to get a referral to another doctor Never got the referral. I've called them 2 days in a row multiple times. Every single time it goes to voice mail. Never got a call back and still no referral.
Made an appointment for a rash. Got right in. The nurse practitioner was very comforting and kind. Dr. Marc recognized rash and immediately ordered me medication. Good experience.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark is very professional and generally concern about your well-being. Also Jacqueline is always very helpful and goes out of her way to help you. Thank you Team Hale.
I'd like to thank Jacqueline for her professionalism and also the nurse and Doctor that helped me today. This is a well run doctors office. Five stars
