EDIT: With all these 5 star reviews coming out of the woodwork (morally unethical), figured I’d share proof of the terrible communication with time stamps. I’m not sure how someone is claiming they had their roof done the day after calling Hale. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I had Hale Construction, fix my roof and parts of my house after a tornado hit it two years ago. This company was so helpful and so understanding as I was going through a difficult time in my life to begin with. Seth made every part of this process, easy and painless for me. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to do work on their home.
Called in the morning and they were out later the next day installing a new roof. Everything was done in a day and meticulously cleaned up. Would recommend to anyone!
Following storm damage to my property, Seth managed the entire process with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. He waited at my residence for over an hour to meet with the claims adjuster, who ultimately did not arrive. Would absolutely NOT recommend this GC to anyone. They are quick to cash your check but not to get the actual work done. Had to chase down the GC for nearly a year to even have the roof job scheduled. They will come up with any and every excuse to consistently push your job off until it gets to the point where you’re having to hound them down to do what they were paid to do.
