Spectacular views and amazing food!
This place was great, very atmospheric. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a hiking trail nearby. The views are beautiful. The room was cozy. The showers heat up fast and the AC works well. Microwave was broken and there were no lights outside which made walking between the buildings very difficult at night, hence four stars. But I would stay here again.
Right at the start of road to Hana this beautiful place is serene and has everything that you need to relax and rejuvenate. They have rules that they send you ahead of time so it is easy to communicate . Kelsey was an amazing host who responded to us at any time . It was raining so we couldn’t do the farm tour . My son enjoyed petting the chickens and the cats around . The rooms are clean and well maintained. If they had more pictures of each room it makes it easy for us to choose the room we need . As an island girl from Haiti, I must say that this was the most magical experience I have ever had visiting ANY island. Hale Akua is a holistic experience that is almost impossible to described it has to be felt and seen for yourself .
