Incorrect in their research which is basic duty of a title company. do not trust these guys you will regret you selected them. They missed the past due taxes on my commercial property purchase. It became my responsibility after closing and I lost thousands by selecting them. Totally hate them. Do not even consider them. Owner is very dishonest and will not come on the phone.
