Have been attending for the past 14yrs with no problems at all. Friendly staff. Others attending need to learn some manners.
Dr Masum Ahmed is a fantastic practitioner. He shows great respect for his patients by coming outside to personally greet them for their appointment. He is always very polite, welcoming, a good listener, and highly knowledgeable in his field. I highly value his kind, patient-focused approach and recommend everyone to visit Dr Masum Ahmed.
Experienced severe mental and emotional abuse from Irene rosul. Reported to my psychiatrist and my new doctor. I want my patient health records send them to my new doctor when requested
Worst service ever, specially the Receptionist over here , they have no knowledge of customer service, rude and disrespectful, unprofessional. I don’t know why the management didn’t take any action ? Probably they are making money by hiring cheap staff. And taking the advantage of local people as they have very less options in Lakemba
