Receiptionist never receives call if you wanna book a doctor online. You have to drive through the medical only to find out doctor is not available today or you have to wait 5 more hours, which would have been easily known if they pickup calls.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was waiting for almost 2 hours, yet there was no proper communication or management from the staff. What made it worse was seeing the doctor and receptionist calling in people who had just walked in, while those of us waiting were ignored. It felt unfair and unprofessional, as if certain patients were being given priority without any explanation. The whole system seems poorly managed, and there is a clear lack of respect for patients’ time.
