Worst receptionist ever seen in life time..unprofessional, rude if you are sick of receptionist don't work as receptionist simple as that. Don't treat other people like unworthy and worthless. Doctors and nurses are friendly and good with the patient. Name like Lisa very rude to patients and minus rating for customer service.

This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it concerns health matters. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response or resolution. I strongly advise against using their services if you value timely and professional medical care.
