I’ve always had such a great experience at Dr Tytus Haldimand medical clinic. The staff are always friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I especially want to mention Jen at the front desk — she’s absolutely amazing! Jen is always welcoming, organized, and goes above and beyond to help with appointments and any questions. the phone lines are impossible to get through. theres a long message stating the phone lines are down but SOMETIMES it rings after and you get through to someone. they called and left a message for me at 2:52 to call back, but after 3pm when i called i get nothing. its not even letting me leave a message, the phone call just ends after the message telling me to call somewhere else if i need help. as a patient i feel rushed and stuck to my 15 minutes appt where i am told i only can address one thing wrong. online booking an a... read more
