the phone lines are impossible to get through. theres a long message stating the phone lines are down but SOMETIMES it rings after and you get through to someone. they called and left a message for me at 2:52 to call back, but after 3pm when i called i get nothing. its not even letting me leave a message, the phone call just ends after the message telling me to call somewhere else if i need help. as a patient i feel rushed and stuck to my 15 minutes appt where i am told i only can address one thing wrong. online booking an a... read more
Haldimand Medical Clinic is outstanding! First, Jen (office manager) might be the most organized person I've ever met. Appointments start at or close to scheduled time, and you never feel rushed. Phone calls are returned quickly, and requests are all handled in a very timely manner. The nurses and nurse practitioners are all outstanding. They look at all of your issues combined to help build a complete picture of your health and make a determination on next steps. Dr Richie is intelligent, understanding and interested. He's the most refreshing doctor I've had in many years. His staff is excellent and flexible.
Great Clinic! Staff is responsive and kind. I appreciate the timeliness of appointments; I have never had excessive wait times. Laura the Nurse Practioner is outstanding! If she doesn’t know an answer, she looks into it and makes appropriate referrals to Specialist when needed.
