The staff are friendly and helpful. 👍 It’s also much easier to get an appointment with them than it is my family doctor across the hall.
Nurse Karyn is brilliant. She did an amazing job.
Is this place a dog kennel or a doctors office ? You would probably get an appointment faster if you were a canine . I have had important appointments canceled with one hours notice . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this three ring circus. It's the most unprofessional, rude bunch of idiots I have ever dealt with. I tried to book an appointment with the Haldimand Family Health Team because they were my doctor's back-up during his vacation. The appointment was rather urgent, as it was for my 4-year-old son who developed a chest cold the week prior to a booked surgery. I wanted to have them listen to his breathing to let me know if surgery would be a safe option. Apparently, there is not a single person who can fit this into their clinic calendar.
