The vet they currently have is definitely not for us. She talks over you and is quite condescending. We've been there 3 times and she always appears stressed out like she's tired of her job.They also always seem to be "short staffed" there. 2 times we had to wait 20 minutes just to go in a room. Then over 10 minutes just to have her come in the room. Then she does an exam only to leave for another 10-15 min.to take your dog to the back saying they will give her injections there... Best vet ever. The whole staff sincerely care about my pets and me. They make sure I understand the medication requirements for administrating all their medicine properly. Just a great staff!
Great visit!
We met Dr.Emma today with a very sick stray that we found!!! The compassion, empathy and care that was shown was undeniable!!! Not to mention the full on celebration when our little man tested negative for some serious cat ailments!!! We switched vets on the spot and are so excited to work with Dr.Emma and the team at Haldimand Animal Hospital moving forward!!!!
