Took my car in for a pre-purchase inspection. Jean took good care of me and they got the comprehensive inspection done extremely fast. They also offer concierge service - pick up your car from your home and return it after service. I can’t think of anything more convenient. Will definitely call Jean the next time I need service!
Avoid them, Worst customer service experience imaginable. The staff are rude and disrespectful, even over the phone. Lexus offers free recall repairs, but this dealership refuses to actually replace the parts while still claiming the recall credit from Lexus. Completely unacceptable and dishonest. I would rather drive 20 miles farther to another dealer than come back here. Avoid this place.
