Can't really speak about their work. Because I never had nothing done there because they were so arrogan and nasty about trying to help me. They couldn't get apart from my truck from Ford and they made no attempt. They try to get it anywhere else else. And Tony, you just gonna have to wait. It could be a month, it could be a year and they were not very accommodating at all. So for their work, I can't speak, but for the personality of the people working there. They are the worst.I wouldn't even consider taking my car there

The first vehicle I brought here was a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST after a deer ran into the passenger side fender and door. The second vehicle was a 2017 Ford Focus RS after a deer used the hood as a trampoline. The Fiesta was a few years ago, but I just picked up the RS this morning. They did a prety good job on the Fiesta, but I am not satisfied with the work done to the Focus. The D/S fog lamp bulb is still out and the fog lamp assembly is still broken. As always great service. Been taking my car here since 2014ish and they still go above and beyond. The manager is great as is their staff with communication. Thank you! So glad to have a great collision shop locally.
The lady at counter is v courteous and helpful. Repairs done in good time. They dealt with insurance directly. Hassle free repairs
