Got the job done so I guess some stars are warranted. My car was being repaired yet somehow I had to remind them what to repair. Pretty tragic Also took super long but maybe that’s partially the fault of the insurance. If anything occurs to my Lexus I wouldn’t take it here.

I've brought cars here several times over the last decade and each time I have the same completely positive experience. They make each step of the process painless and work directly with my insurance. I drive a decent distance to bring my cars to and from here instead of going to more local body shops because the work is done well and in a timely fashion, and the staff is accommodating and communicative.
Can't really speak about their work. Because I never had nothing done there because they were so arrogan and nasty about trying to help me. They couldn't get apart from my truck from Ford and they made no attempt. They try to get it anywhere else else. And Tony, you just gonna have to wait. It could be a month, it could be a year and they were not very accommodating at all. So for their work, I can't speak, but for the personality of the people working there. They are the worst.I wouldn't even consider taking my car there
Very friendly personnel. They helped me with my car, making the repairs super fast!
