Called twice to get assistance with my car being towed over and retrieving an estimate and having my car serviced. First call the man who answered the call was rude and unhelpful. The second time I called this man was worse than the first and I just gave up with it all together and said forget it and hung up. Very honest. My dealership said I needed all kinds of maintenance work done. New pads, coolant replaced, break fluid replaced, etc. I was going to have them do all the work while I was getting the oil changed and tire rotation. The took a good look and said everything looked good. They could have done the work and I would have paid them. They saved me hundreds of dollars!
