A shred.of.hope for the failing, corrupt leviathan that is the NHS, in my experience(not that they are directly related to the NHS anyways, since they operate like a branch of a franchise business). Receptionist was very rude she answered the phone and as soon as I started speaking she then put me on hold for 2 minutes and started speaking before I even got to ask my question, kept talking over me and was very in a rush to end the phone I was considering to register too, terrible experience
I do not normally leave a review anywhere, but I have to say that Amy was the most polite, professional and kindest staff member of the NHS I ve ever spoken to in 14 years in UK. Patients, under the circumstances they are in, need helpful people like Amy. Thanks a lot Amy and all the best in life!
I was attended to by a clinical practitioner by the name sherlyn. Brilliant lady. She would not left a stone unturned in investigating my health issues. She goes above and beyond when it comes to the well being of her patients. She is definitely an asset.
