Jen helped me with some remarkable lymphatic drainage massage a few years ago that had a dramatic improvement on my well-being. I continued seeing her for maintenance for a few years, while my underlying health condition was being monitored. Without her help, I'd have had a much rougher time than I did; with it, I got through it! I still see her today for ongoing relief.

Jennifer is a excellent practitioner. I've been receiving craniosacral sessions from her for the last few years. Every session I feel more centered and at ease, my sinuses feel clearer and my head feels lighter. She is able to address my concerns in a really comfortable and relaxing way that has helped resolve some long standing problems I've been living with.
