I've been living here for about 5 years now and it's been great so far the social service lady Cipriana is awesome she is great and what she does if you need any help she's a credit to the building she helps anyone here that needs it. We have had a couple of mangers now but none of them have done much for our building yet still waiting on that one manger that will come into this building and make a difference and not just stay in the back office and never come out to be available to the residents and see us residents as peop... read more
The lobby is always so clean. The new cleaning lady is amazing. I think her name is Nina she has really turned this place around the better. I think she is a great asset to the complex and she really brings cheer and joy to all the residents with her positive upbeat attitude and chipper mood. All of the staff at Halcyon house is very professional and courteous.
Lots of an authorized homeless people living in the building. Management doesn't seem to care. It's been reported many times to corporate office.
