Run, don’t walk. 6 months before my father’s death from end stage parkinson’s, they decided he wasn’t dying fast enough and kicked him off hospice. The CNAs are awesome - they were loving and caring to my father while he was a patient. But the management is nothing short of evil. I could go on and on. The one and only time the MD came to check in was with the soul purpose of discharging him, claiming he no longer qualified despite his rapidly declining state. Halcyon has been a wonderful hospice- great people and great care! Compassion and responsive are key attributes and Halcyon has both.
Very unprofessional people. I wouldn't trust them or any of their "affiliates" with my dog much less my loved ones. There are a million options, pick another one!
