I transitioned from UCSD to Halcyon Crisis House; while in crisis. I was nervous, scared, and suicidal. Upon arrival I was greeted with care, concern and empathy. The staff, and clients welcomed me as if I were family. The level of care, from nursing to counseling, was second to none. They (Halcyon) provided me with a safe environment to allow me to heal.
