Speakeasy bar was fun, and overall service was friendly. Sharing parking tips for those who want to avoid valet fees. We considered two parking lots since our luggage was minimal. On Saturday we parked our car at 250 columbine, which is right across the street from the hotel, and as we drove out on Sunday afternoon we paid $45. There was another nearby garage with cheaper overnight rate at $36

I was part of a group that had an incredibly disturbing encounter with a valet attendant at the Halcyon. From the moment we pulled up, the attendant’s tone was hostile and confrontational completely unprovoked. What made this experience particularly frustrating was how hard our group worked to de-escalate the situation. We had the worst valet experience we have ever had in Colorado at the Halcyon. The attendant, Alejandro Francisco, was shockingly aggressive and unprofessional. From the beginning, his tone was confrontational. He physically pinned our car in, creating an unnecessary and intimidating situation, and then insisted that we pay him directly through his personal Venmo rather than through the hotel’s official valet service.
