The Halcyon is the best hotel in Cherry Creek. In addition to the incredible accommodations, wonderful lounge and working area, the staff staff are best in class. I must compliment Jaden as he made sure we had the best of trips and Margot is absolutely the best. Margot worked tirelessly to make sure everything worked out perfectly for us. Pleasantly surprised how wonderful the hotel was. The service was superb and every request was dealt with professionalism and efficiently. In these days this level of service can not be expected even at luxury brands. My top favorite was complimentary coffee service at the front desk. I was blown away how front desk was able to multi task of being barista and manage duties of front desk attendants. You can tell how much thoughts and care went into welcoming guests.
