We loved our stay at the house soon! Fantastic neighborhood, very walkable and lots of restaurants around. We were traveling as a family of four, plenty for the kids to do. We especially loved the rooftop pool and the hot tub. There were a lot of great amenities at the hotel, and we took advantage of the day passes to the zoo, and close proximity to playgrounds. The food at local Jones was delicious too. Mike at the front desk was especially helpful and we really appreciated the hospitality.

Lovely hotel and location. We had a Jr Suite and loved the windows to the open air. Design of the hotel and rooms are unique and clean. Hot tub and heated pool were great ways to begin the day - appreciated that the hotel kept them open and heated on cold days. Restaurants onsite are excellent and give a variety of options throughout the day. Ate at both Quality Italian and Local Jones. Great location and beautiful patio. Suite wasn’t clean on arrival, which shouldn’t happen at this level. Could be great with better attention to detail.

This hotel seemed nice and comfortable at first, but my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. On the second day of my stay, housekeeping went through my personal belongings and toiletries and threw away my retainer, a custom retainer made by a specialist to prevent my jaw from dislocating. I have TMJ and cannot sleep without this retainer. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who said they would follow up with housekeeping and get back to me.
