Similar to another customer's review, the products are fantastic but the customer service and communications are at best extremely poor, and at worst misleading. I think dive gear is expensive and people order with trips in mind. I ordered some wings/backplates with no customization and was told 2 weeks. 1.5 months later no sign of them and really poor response to inquiries. If you have backlogs, why do you still have ridiculously inaccurate estimated delivery times on your online tools? The sad reality is not having the win... read more

Great wings, highly durable, but very disappointing delivery time and communications for a custom made wing. Ordered beginning of September, communicated delivery time 4-6 weeks, and I still don't have it on Dec 15, so almost 3 1/2 months later. And there is no pro-active communication, I need to follow with the dive shop, then they chase Halcyon for news of delivery time. Very disappointing. I like the products, but likely this was the last H wing I'm buying.

Customer service and reliable, rugged, high quality products are the name of the game for Halcyon. I had an issue with the wing on my BCD right before an international dive trip, I was able to contact their customer service and ship my wing to them. They made the corrections writhing 24 hours of receiving and it was on its way back to me.
