Our garage door is very old. We got a quote from another company that said it needed to be replaced (and quoted a cost in a the thousands of dollars). We called Ben from Halco to get a second quote and not only was he able to repair it at a fraction of the cost of the first quote, but he did it the same day we called as well.
I called to arrange a service as door wasn't opening and Ben told me what to do over the phone, no charge! Great guy and great service.
Ben installed our garage door 20 years ago on the recommendation of our neighbour Trevor, Ben and I maintained the door. Sadly the door couldn't be repaired any longer (rusted away). Ben installed a new (and much improved) door. Great job, thank you Ben. here's to the next 20 years!

Normally great on service however our Halco garage door broke down again and we have not been able to get any reply to calls or emails for 2 weeks now. Are these guys still in business?
