In 2023 Halco installed encapsulation system in our crawlspace and we took it for granted that the system would keep our crawlspace dry. When we looked under the crawlspace in early April 2026 we found quite a bit of standing water so we called Halco back based on the 100 % satisfaction guarantee that was on our paperwork. As we found out what was originally told us that would keep our crawlspace dry was lacking 2 components that were needed.
