Woke up to a cold house on Saturday. Furnace was making loud noises so called Halco. Jason came out that day (on time) and diagnosed the issue. He took the time to show me in detail the problem and answered all of my questions. He came back later and dropped off space heaters to my home. Tyler came out on Sunday to ensure my new furnace was the right size, etc. He was very thorough and detailed and took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
