This guy is the best around. He works on all of our rentals and is always prompt and fair priced.
The guy driving the van 9am on 3/7 thought it was OK to cut people off on the road and when I called to complain the driver answered and decided to make ignorant comments about women! This guy shouldn't be trusted in your home, ladies! If he makes comments like that on the phone he surely isn't reputable or safe to come in and be alone!!
We had blockage in our stack. I called on a Saturday afternoon. He came immediately and fixed the blockage. He was cordial, gave us some extra info about our septic. Well worth the cost to get a shower and use the toilet again! Happy to support local businesses!
If you want to pay $216 per hour for a plumber then this is the company for you! He spent 3 hours on the job and charged $650. He replace our main shutoff valve and 10 feet of line, all easily accessed in an empty basement. I did ask for a price before he started but he said he couldn't give me one because he didn't know what he would run into. I should have then gotten an hourly rate in writing. Even with the rate of inflation skyrocketing, I couldn't have dreamed that this local business would charge $216 an hour.
