I ordered pasta with meat, brought rice with meat, not a nice service
Had to leave without ordering anything because all 3 staff that came in contact with us did not even greet or acknowledge us at all despite coming face to face with them. We were in the store for a couple minutes until it just felt too unwelcoming so we left. The staff working tonight, especially the lady with a scowl on her (October 11th) need to gain some manners and do better. A restaurant means nothing without decent customer service.
Halal Hibachi Bites — solid 7/10 spot for halal hibachi on Hillside Ave. The place is small, just 4-5 tables, and it's street parking only, so plan for that. Food came out hot. I tried the hibachi combo, the salmon with noodles, and the wings. Everything tasted good, but the flavors felt a little the same across dishes — nothing really stood out. The wings were average. Service was good — the staff were cordial and nice. Overall a decent option if you're craving halal hibachi in the area, just don't expect anything fancy.
