Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this florist. They say same day delivery and it so far will be three days, they also said they left a message and there is no message on my phone. I picked them because it was close to my daughters work, do not recommend them!
I have never been more disappointed with a business. Despite assurances of timely delivery, the flowers failed to arrive on the designated day. Not to mention When I contacted them to inquire about the delay, the staff was not only unhelpful but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness to both myself and the intended recipient. Upon rescheduling for the following day, the situation did not improve. Despite repeated attempts to reach them, I was met with silence. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this florist. The delivery was late by 3 days. The flowers started to turn brown 2 days after I got them. I called the florist to discuss the situation and talked to Hala. She asked me to text her pictures, my name and address. She never followed up. I called her a second time with no response or follow up. This is my very expensive flower bouquet less than a week after receiving it. Flowers are dead, dried up ends, roses wilted.
