Worst company I’ve dealt with. Ordered microphone for flute. Arrived incomplete. Required me to pay return postage $12.70, was delivered back to to HL 11/26/21. Did not receive refund until 1/18/22 — and only after several emails and 3 phone calls. When asked on 12/27/21 why the delay, was told “holidays is a bad time to hold us to a higher standard,” and on 1/12/22 was told “check was mailed 12/30/21 but mail is slow with Xmas and New Year’s”.
