Terrible management and living experience. Also the super + other building owners came into our unit with their own master keys whenever they wanted without asking for permission.
Avoid! The Hakimian Organization has treated their tenants at The Addition without any sort of decency or respect. If you move into a building managed by Hakimian, be prepared to deal with a whole lot of baggage.
