I am leaving this review based on my personal experience with Hakimian Holdings and one of their properties in Jacksonville, Florida. I worked for a tenant who rented space from Hakimian Holdings. When the tenant failed to pay the rent and the property was eventually closed, I lost my job as a result. However, that is not the main reason for this review. If you don't mind dealing with leaky ceilings and property managers who are disrespectful, this place is suitable for you. Despite never missing a rent payment, I was treated like I had. Once you sign the lease, you are on your own. I used to have good relations with my neighbors until a jujutsu place opened up next door. The landlord allowed them to install a mat on the wall between us. The noise of them slamming against the walls was so loud that it seemed like they would break through wall.
