I've begun my teeth whitening and went in for the first stage of the process, which is teeth cleaning. Dr Ridwan is the dentist managing my whitening process and personally, he's down to earth, calm, attentive and reassuring. I say that because he's made it clear he's there to help, I can contact and ask for him at any time and everything he explained to me made complete sense, which shows me competence, which I appreciate. The team is also very kind and welcoming.
Hakim Dental in Oldbury actually booked the appointments for me — but then cancelled on me twice and tried to rearrange. I didn’t even book them myself, so to be messed around like this was really disappointing. It feels unprofessional and disorganised, and I won’t be trusting them again.
Had my Invisalign with Dr Ridwan khan over the moon with my result had loads of big gaps at the front if you want Invisalign come here ….. the Dentists and staff are fantastic at their job and gave me all the information I needed . They are also very professional and brilliant. Thankyou very much
Came in for an emergency widsom tooth removal. Seen by Dr Ridwan Khan, he explained the procedure and removed my tooth in less than a minute, no pain and incredibly pleased
If I could give this practice 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, the system forces me to give at least 1, and even that feels far too generous. From the moment I arrived a few weeks ago, the whole place gave off a bad impression. The outside of the building looked neglected and dirty, more like a tip than a professional dental practice.
