Has this HAKIM location on Trafalgar closed for good?? Is the company going out of business as no phone calls being answered here (since July 2024) and not at their Head Office last week.
Although the prices are good, service is terrible. I bought two sets of glasses that after taking them home and wearing for a day or two, determined that the lenses were not made correctly according to my prescription. They refused to do anything about it - said I should have mentioned something before taking them home. Worst place to get glasses!
AMAZING! I had the best experience by far here, the staff and service was absolutely phenomenal! Not only were they able to accommodate my busy schedule they also provided me with the best quality and service! I 10/10 would recommend!
Always great help and knowledgable staff. Handy have an eye exam at the same spot. Great selection , Great prices!
