I came in with sunglasses that needed repair and the lady working there was very courteous and was able to helo me with my repair quickly. I will come back here again.

101% garbage for the price for branded frames. Pathetic customer service. Low quality frames and lenses.

Made 1 appointment, got 2 calls to reschedule, them day of appointment I get call that doctor not available. No problem so book again and get call day before that doctor nit available so went elsewhere. Not good customer service

I had something irritating my eye the other day and called around to different optometrists to see if I could come in that day to get it looked at. Every place I called was full, but the staff at Hakim asked their doctor to come in early to take a look at my eye even though he was fully booked. He took care of my issue and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be coming back here for my future eye exams. Thanks guys!
